Shaolin Qi Gong One Day Workshop

As well as teaching The Eight Treasures Qi Gong, Shifu Yan Lei will also teach some basic martial arts to give an understanding of how to balance the yin and the yang. He will also demonstrate his Shaolin Steeel Jacket technique for which he is famous for.
