Shaolin Temple UK

Qi Gong Workshop Apr 2008

There are 3 stages to Qi Gong, this two day workshop covers the first stage. It is an excellent opportunity to learn from Shifu Shi Yanzi, a 34th Generation Shaolin Master. This workshop focuses on the first stage, which involves concentrating on building up or gaining qi, and storing it.
The Chinese saying is 'lian jing hua qi' where jing is the essence.

Students will have the opportunity to ask questions. Please note, there will be further workshops covering the advanced stages (2 and 3) of Qi Gong. Please be advised to pay early to secure your place as spaces are limited. If you would like to stay overnight at the temple
