Preparation Exam

The preparation exam is the first shaolin temple UK grading. A student must have been training for a minimum of 3 months to take this exam. The syllabus is available for download in the Shaolin shop.

Foundation Exam

Passing the foundation exam allows a student to attend Sanshou stage classes in preparation to compete in San shou competitions. The syllabus is available for download in the Shaolin shop.

Children's Exam

Passing the children's exam confirms a student's knowledge of the fundamentals of Shaolin Kung Fu.
